To block Facebook game requests follow below steps.

1.) Click in the top right triangle on Facebook and select Settings.

2.) Click on Notifications tab in the left menu.

3.) Next On Facebook, click Edit.

4.) Next to App requests and activity, click on Edit.

5.) Next to an app or game, click on select notifications On or Off.
