    Hi, I have a question, my page has been taken down and deleted and there is now someone who created a page with the exact same name and even if he has only 1 Like, he is able to
    get the @+username
    You can't claim a username someone else is already using.
    But apparently this is exactly what this guy has done.

    Misleading words. If a Page isn't the official Page of a brand, place, organization or public figure, the Page name can't mislead others into thinking it's an official Page or that it's managed by an authorized representative.
    So if my page is named Tartefort and that some creates a company using the same name and now decides to get this name for this page and get the @+name , he can do it?

    Then tell me because my employer has been trying to claim a page using its name for months but they don't even get an answer but this person can have a page removed in less than a week and get access to the @+name without even having 25 likes? When one of my page with 21 likes can't get the same treatment.

    Is there a way, other than international phone call in order to get in touch with a member of the Facebook team?

    My account was blocked for 30.days for supposedly violating terms and conditions. After reviewing terms and conditions and reviewing my post in no way shape nor form did I violate terms or conditions. The word naughty is not a violation of face book terms and conditions.
